DUTIES RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF AUTHOR

Authors and Co-authors:

Authors are advised to follow the guidelines and code of ethics strictly. They are required to submit the manuscripts related to their original work with innovative results. These manuscripts are not submitted for publication else were. Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism and mutilated data and fabricated results. Citation should be properly referred. Authors are advised to cross check the reference before submission of manuscript. Authors must be directly associated with work submitted for publication.

Authors and co-authors are requested to review and ensure the accuracy and validity of all the results prior to submission. Any potential conflict of interest should be informed to the editor in advance. Authors are bound by the Creative Commons licensing policy of publication. All authors are requested to submit the copyright transfer form without failure once they receive the acceptance of their article for publication.

Publication and Submission fees

The authors should note that there is no submission fee; however, there is a reasonable publication fee of each accepted article/paper to meet the cost of Website-server Management and maintenance, Article /paper processing, Typesetting, copy-editing, Language correction, tagging-electronic archiving/indexing, Printing, Electronic composition and production, digital ID, hosting the final article/paper on dedicated servers, Office cum admin expenses and other recurring expenses. The Journal accepts a publication and handling fee only from Authors after their manuscripts has been accepted for publication by the Chief Editor.

Open Access Policy

The journal is freely available online. Authors are required to agree with this open access policy which enables unrestricted access and reuse of all published articles. Users are allowed to copy and redistribute the material in printed or electronic format and build upon the material, without further permission for non -commercial use.

Originality and Plagiarism

Author should ensure that their work should be free from all types of plagiarism.

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that has been appropriately cited or quoted. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.

Authorship of the paper

Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. All those who have made significant contributions should be listed as co-authors.

Acknowledgement of funding sources

Sources of funding for the research reported in the article should be duly acknowledged at the end of the article.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest

Author’s conflict of interest (or information specifying the absence of conflicts of interest) and the sources of funding for the research if any will be published under a separate heading entitled “Conflict of Interest and Sources of Funding Statement”.

Authors are responsible for disclosing al financial and personal relationship related to the manuscript that might be bias to be seems to bias their work.
Significant divulgation are made in three distinct headings wherever required:
Acknowledgement
Funding, and
Disclosers.

Fundamental errors in published works

When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author´s responsibility to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to make the necessary correction. If it has been comes into knowledge of the editor by any third party regarding significant erroring the manuscript, it is the obligation of the author to promptly correct the paper and/or provide evidence to the editor of the correctness of the original paper.

AUTHOR’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

All authors published their research papers in Anvesha- A Multidisciplinary E-Journal for all Researches are entitled for following rights and obligations

  1. Authors hold full copyright and self-archiving rights for their research paper, they transfer the publishing rights to AMJR.
  2. We do decline to publish material whenever we find that the content of research paper are not according to our guidelines.
  3. We allow author to get their seminar papers published with note about the seminar if the paper is not published anywhere else.
  4. The research and review papers published in AMJR can be archived in any private of public archives online or offline. Authors are allowed to archive their article in open access repositories as post-prints. Note: a post-print is the version incorporating changes and modifications resulting from peer-review comments.
  5. Authors are free to use link to our published papers and share the published papers online or offline in the final format printed on the Journal website.
  6. Authors can index and store the published papers in the private or public archives or repositories like university database, Google Scholar, Academia, research gate, Scribd or at their home page etc.
